STEP 2: Upon approval, you will be assigned a dedicated concierge who will help you through the entire process (our process is super simple and easy!). You will also receive a Welcome Kit that outlines all the important next steps and how you can share your fundraiser to raise the most money.

STEP 3: The month before your fundraiser begins you will receive your customized fundraiser materials such as your web page, your digital SWAG Mag (a click-to-shop catalog), and everything you need to share in seconds.

Generally all fundraisers run 30 days but we are flexible to lengthen the time if needed. Within 48 hours after the fundraiser ends, you will receive your payment - a commission of ALL sales made for your fundraiser.

In certain circumstances, if a fundraiser is doing extremely well with high volume sales, we may give a funds payout every two weeks. So for a 30 day fundraiser there would be two payments: one payout after 2 weeks and the final remaining payout after the fundraiser ends in another two weeks.

The power of SWAG Mag is that fundraising is easy! Say your school, company, or group has 25 people. Each of these 25 people get 25 people to buy cool gifts from SWAG Mag to support your fundraiser. We may also share your fundrasier on our social media and to our email list which is near 100k families. Our vendors also may share fundraisers on their social media and/or to their email list which reaches millions of families and shoppers combined.

SWAG Fundraising usually has a waiting list to get into our magazine but looks for the following type of products:

• COOL + QUALITY GIFTS: We sell products that are cool, high quality (which does not have to translate to expensive), and great items to give as a gift.
• SMALL BUSINESSES: The idea for SWAG Mag came during the pandemic when so many small businesses were struggling. I saw Amazon make billions while amazing small business owners I knew got hit hard with revenue losses. We love to work with small businesses to even the playing field so that our vendors can have a way to reach a high volume of shoppers.
• FAMILY PRODUCTS: Women and mothers are our main shopper demographic so we really love to include products that are family oriented. This doesn't mean that we don't include cool products for dad, though!
• DROPSHIPPING: We only work with vendors who can ship orders directly to the customer.

SWAG Fundraising gives vendors a larger piece of each sale compared to traditional retailers. Full details of the referral commission on all sales are given during the application process. A percentage of every sale goes to the fundraiser group and a percentage goes to SWAG Fundraising to help with operating costs. Your portion of each sale is paid to you immediately when a purchase is made in our SWAG Mag Shop.

Schools, daycares, companies, associations, non-profits, individuals, celebrities, influencers, and even other types of groups like book clubs or yoga class members. SWAG Fundraising reserves the right to deny your fundraiser request. Also, due to the volume of fundraiser requests there also may be a waiting list. However, we do well setting up fundraisers quickly to meet the needs of your timeframe.

The products in our shop / magazine will be shipped by the vendor directly. Although shipping times vary slightly, most orders are shipped out within 1-3 days so you get your items quickly.

SWAG Mag sells top quality and cool gifts so we are confident you will love what you order. Since this is a fundraiser, the return process is a bit unique. If your item is too small, damaged, or something else is not as expected, the vendor will exchange the product for you OR give you a credit to buy something else from their store to ensure you love it.

Once you buy from SWAG Mag, a portion of the sale is given to the fundraiser group so we must handle returns in this fashion.
